Carlos Arboleda

Carlos Arboleda has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager for Latin America at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since February 2011. In this role, Carlos is responsible for planning, managing, and implementing HR strategies across the region, covering areas such as recruitment, performance management, and training. Prior to this, Carlos held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Banistmo, HSBC, and Panama Ports Company from January 1997 to February 2011, where key responsibilities included directing HR operations and developing recruitment and training strategies for Panama. Carlos holds an MBA in Behavior and Organizational Development and a postgraduate degree in Senior Management from Columbus University Panamá, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
