Lyle Lambert Jr.

Lyle Lambert Jr. currently serves as the 2nd VP Shared Services and CFO of IT & Ops at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since December 2008. Prior to joining Pan-American, Lyle worked at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Risk Services. Lyle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University, graduating in 2006. Throughout their career, Lyle has held various roles such as Senior Accountant, Senior Internal Auditor, Manager Internal Control, and Director Internal Control. At Pan-American Life Insurance Group, Lyle leads the implementation and operationalization of financial processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and cost management in the organization's large-scale modernization initiatives. Lyle's expertise in financial governance and strategic decision making guides future investments for the company.
