Pat Fraizer

Pat Fraizer has extensive legal and executive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Most recently, Pat served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Pan-American Life Insurance Group from November 2015 until full retirement, having previously held various senior roles including Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary, and Executive Advisor. Prior to Pan-American Life, Pat spent nearly two decades at Principal Financial Group as Senior Vice President - HR General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and held the position of Vice President & Senior International Counsel at KPMG. Pat's career began as a Tax Specialist. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
