Bob provides oversight for all of Pan-American Life’s group operations and is also responsible for Enterprise Marketing. As President- Global Benefits Business he is notably responsible for driving growth in United States, Latin America and the Caribbean group insurance business, including employee benefits, individual health, mass marketing and group operations and technology. He is also the CEO of HolaDoctor.

Bob has extensive industry experience in the Americas, spending more than three decades working in the insurance industries of Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States. His expertise includes distribution and operational management, group underwriting, TCN/Expatriate business, and Multinational Pooling. Bob has been CEO of insurance companies in three different countries in Central and South Americas as well as in Mexico. Bob also held local, regional, and home office leadership positions with diverse experiences ranging from starting a green field operation to successfully managing a turnaround situation. Prior to joining Pan-American Life, Bob was Vice President with MetLife International, managing their corporate business throughout Latin America and the Caribbean and previous to that he was with Alico/AIG.
