Sian Hoadley

Sian Hoadley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and business development within the insurance and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since May 2023, Sian previously held the position of Senior Account Manager at The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd. from November 2020 to April 2023. Prior roles include Key Account Manager at Productive Business Solutions and Enterprise Account Manager at Digicel Group, along with a tenure as Business Sales Executive at Digicel Trinidad and Tobago. Sian's career began as an Event Coordinator for the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers'​ Association, notably contributing to the Trade and Investment Convention in 2012 and 2013, followed by managerial duties at Stanley's Car Sales. Sian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and an Associate degree in Business Administration from the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago.
