Wendy-Ann Douglas

Wendy-Ann Douglas, holding multiple professional certifications including ABCP, CRM, GRCA, GRCP, and RIMS-CRMP, currently serves as Manager Risk and Control at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since February 2022, overseeing the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management Frameworks across thirteen Caribbean territories while monitoring regulatory impacts. Previously, from March 2021 to February 2022, Wendy-Ann held the position of Manager Risk and Compliance at The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd., where the focus was on identifying and managing risk exposure and promoting a culture of compliance. Additionally, Wendy-Ann worked at The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago from July 2013 to March 2021 in various roles, including Risk Analyst - Operations and Research Assistant - Policy. Wendy-Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2011.
