Aideen Croasdell

Aideen Croasdell has a diverse work experience in the technology industry, starting with their most recent role as a Customer Success Manager at Paligo, which they began in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Client Success Manager at Absorb Software from November 2021 to October 2022. Aideen's previous role at Esri Ireland included being an Engagement Manager for Lifelong Learning from November 2019 to August 2021 and a Programme Lead for the ArcGIS for Schools Programme from March 2018 to November 2019. Before joining Esri Ireland, they worked at the same company in different roles, including Client Manager from January 2015 to April 2017 and Technical Sales Professional from February 2012 to January 2015. Aideen also gained experience at eSpatial, where they worked as a GIS Technician/Technical Sales Engineer from January 2011 to February 2012 and as a GIS Technician from January 2011 to June 2011. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) at eSpatial from May 2010 to August 2010.

Aideen Croasdell pursued their education at NUI Maynooth, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and Geography from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they enrolled in an exchange program at the University of Kentucky in 2007 and 2008, focusing on English and Geography. Subsequently, they returned to NUI Maynooth to pursue a Master's degree in GIS and Environmental Remote Sensing, which they completed in 2011.
