Prior to this role, Ian held leadership positions at Heras and CRH, where he oversaw marketing, product management, and product development functions. With experience at companies like Bosch Security and Safety Systems and Extreme CCTV, Ian has a strong background in global marketing strategies. Ian's early career includes roles as a Business line Manager and a Research and Development Engineer in the optoelectronic industry. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Northumbria University.
