Spencer Allen

Spencer Allen has over a decade of work experience in finance and management roles. Spencer is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Palisades Tahoe since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at Big Bear Mountain Resort from August 2018 to October 2021. Spencer also worked as the Sr. Finance Manager at Vail Resorts from August 2016 to July 2018. Before venturing into the resort industry, Spencer served as an Associate at Windjammer Capital Investors from July 2012 to June 2015. Spencer started their career as an Analyst at Barclays Capital from September 2010 to June 2012, and prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at Lazard Middle Market from July 2009 to August 2010.

Spencer Allen attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting & Finance.
