Genta Carter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Since 2022, Genta has been working as the Director of Special Events at Palisociety. Prior to this position, Genta worked as an artist at Genta | Carter starting in 2006.

Between 2020 and 2022, Genta held various roles at Addressablemail.com, including Manager of Internal Operations and Office Manager. As Manager of Internal Operations, Genta was responsible for overseeing internal and office operations, convention expos, virtual events, and in-person events. Genta also managed HR, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee equipment. In addition, Genta reported to and supported the C-Suite and played a key role in executing company culture. During this time, Genta also supported Riley, the Chief Serotonin Officer, by handling tasks such as receiving guests and deliveries, assisting with box breakdown, and providing emotional support.

Additionally, in May 2017, Genta obtained a certification as a ServSafe Manager from the institution ServSafe Certified.
