Genta Carter

Genta Carter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Since 2022, Genta has been working as the Director of Special Events at Palisociety. Prior to this position, Genta worked as an artist at Genta | Carter starting in 2006.

Between 2020 and 2022, Genta held various roles at Addressablemail.com, including Manager of Internal Operations and Office Manager. As Manager of Internal Operations, Genta was responsible for overseeing internal and office operations, convention expos, virtual events, and in-person events. Genta also managed HR, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee equipment. In addition, Genta reported to and supported the C-Suite and played a key role in executing company culture. During this time, Genta also supported Riley, the Chief Serotonin Officer, by handling tasks such as receiving guests and deliveries, assisting with box breakdown, and providing emotional support.

From 2018 to 2020, Genta served as the VIP Food & Beverage Manager at Spring Place, a private workspace and membership club. In this role, Genta was involved in the opening of the establishment and played a vital part in the development and execution of Michelin Guide events. Genta also produced a Comedy Night featuring renowned standup headliners and provided support for high-profile celebrity members and events.

Prior to joining Spring Place, Genta worked as the Food and Beverage Manager at Innovative Dining Group from 2017 to 2018. Before that, Genta was a Manager at Plan Check Kitchen + Bar from 2016 to 2017 and at Vitello's Restaurant | The E Spot Lounge from 2015 to 2016.

Genta's work experience also includes serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Pacific Ballet Dance Theatre from 2013 to 2016.

Genta Carter 🐺 attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Emergency Medicine. During their time there, they also studied Music with a focus on Piano Performance. In 2015, Genta attended iO West and completed a program in Improv, though no degree was obtained. Additionally, in May 2017, Genta obtained a certification as a ServSafe Manager from the institution ServSafe Certified.
