Helena Lappalainen

Helena Lappalainen has extensive experience in leadership roles within shared service centers, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Development at Palkeet since January 2010. Prior to this, Helena held the position of Head of Shared Service Center at Puolustushallinnon Palvelukeskus from April 2005 to December 2009. Earlier career highlights include managing a contact center as an Acting Unit Manager and Development Manager at Osuuspankkikeskus between January 2004 and March 2005, and various leadership roles at Sampo ja IF Vahinkovakuutusyhtiö Oy from June 1986 to July 2002. Helena Lappalainen holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oulu, completed in 1988.
