Andrew Kit

Andrew Kit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic innovation, research and development, and design leadership within the life sciences and consumer electronics sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director at Cytiva since May 2023, Andrew leads initiatives for a $7 billion annual turnover company, focusing on new business model development. Prior to this role, Andrew spent over a decade at Pall Corporation, where responsibilities included driving innovation and shaping user experiences in a $3 billion organization. Earlier experiences encompass academic contributions as a Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University, leadership in design at Hisense Group, and significant roles in industrial design at JCB, Bombardier Transportation, and NCR Corporation, emphasizing user-centric design and accessibility. Andrew holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Design from Central Saint Martins and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Industrial Design (Engineering) from Teesside University.
