Karmyn Norwood

Karmyn Norwood is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President and General Manager of Aerospace at Pall Corporation, Karmyn oversees strategic direction and business growth for Pall Aerospace. Previously, Karmyn held the position of Chief Executive Officer at NYMRAK Consulting LLC, leading efforts to enhance business operations and client satisfaction. A notable tenure at Lockheed Martin included impactful roles such as Vice President of Enterprise Performance and Transformation, and Vice President of Sensors & Global Sustainment, where Karmyn implemented transformative initiatives, automated operations, and aligned product strategies with market needs. Karmyn holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, a Master’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from George Mason University, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Jackson State University.
