Minh Tam Nguyen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career as a Brewmaster at Anheuser-Busch InBev in 1989. They then worked as an Engineer at the Belgian Society of Filtration in 1990. From 1993 to 1999, Nguyen served as a Product Manager at NORDON & Cie, where they specialized in international sales and presented lectures at conventions.

In 2000, Nguyen joined Pall Corporation as an Area Manager in South Europe. They later moved to Royal DSM N.V. and held multiple positions, including Regional Sales Manager in Asia Pacific, Global Industry Manager for Beer, and Senior Manager in Business Projects.

Returning to Pall Corporation in 2009, Nguyen served as a Senior Market Manager for Beer in Asia before taking on roles as Vice President in Life Sciences and Food & Beverage in different regions, including Asia and EMEA.

Throughout their career, Nguyen has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Minh Tam Nguyen has a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Université catholique de Louvain. They also have a Master of Science in Chemistry and Bioindustries from the same university. They further pursued an Advanced Master of Science in Brewing Engineering at Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium). Minh Tam Nguyen attended DSM Business Academy for Strategic Management & Industrial Marketing and INSEAD for Finance for Executives.
