Eric Kuiper

Eric Kuiper currently serves as the Vice President of Coaching + Consulting at Palladian West, LLC, since July 2025, and is the Founder of WorkFeel, established in January 2024, which focuses on developing leaders through coaching, training, and consulting. As the Founder and Executive Director of Into The Noise since January 2013, Eric has been dedicated to fostering creative communities. Eric’s previous experience includes serving as Chief Creative Officer at Studio C from May 2017 to July 2025, and Director of Alternative Programming at Celebration! Cinema from September 2014 to May 2017. Additionally, Eric has held academic roles, such as Adjunct Professor of Theology + Film at Western Theological Seminary from June 2013 to May 2016. Eric co-founded rednoW in 2007 and held several positions with Young Life from January 2000 to 2016, including Regional Trainer and Area Director, along with experience as Director of Ministry Programming at Mars Hill Bible Church from November 2010 to September 2014. Eric completed a MAT in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary between 2001 and 2009, following studies at Calvin University from 1997 to 2000.
