Jerome Woods, MBA

Jerome Woods, MBA, has a wealth of work experience in a variety of roles. Jerome began their career in 2003 as a Database Analyst for Compuware. Jerome then moved to the Business Assistance Center in 2010, where they worked as a Project Analyst. Jerome then moved to Integra SBS in the same role. In 2011, they joined HP as an IT Planning Analyst, and then Cox Automotive Inc. as a Sr. Salesforce Developer. In 2017, they began working as a Salesforce/Einstein Developer Freelance, leading over 10+ end to end Einstein Analytics (Wave) projects from Discovery to Delivery on an enterprise scale. Jerome was responsible for administering Einstein Analytics (Wave) licenses, permission sets and configuring data-flows for multiple enterprise clients. Jerome also created and customized Einstein Analytics (Wave) apps, lenses and dashboards for various types of sales and marketing use cases. In 2021, Jerome Woods, MBA, joined Palladin Technologies as a Lead Salesforce Developer.

Jerome Woods holds an MBA in Information Systems from Wayne State University, obtained in 2010. Jerome also holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Kettering University, obtained in 2008. In addition, they hold three certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2020), Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) (2020), and Salesforce.com Certified Developer (2015).
