Joel Padowitz

Joel Padowitz, MBA CFA, has extensive experience in finance and investment banking, currently serving as CEO of Palladium Capital Group, LLC since 2003. Palladium Capital Advisors, under Joel's leadership, is recognized as a leading FINRA-member broker-dealer that offers premier investment banking services, focusing on private investments in public equity, reverse mergers, public and private M&A and divestitures, and corporate recapitalizations and restructurings. Previously, Joel held the position of Principal at PrimeGlobal from 2001 to 2004 and worked as an Analyst at Gerber Financial Management from 2000 to 2003. Joel Padowitz earned an MBA in Business from Harvard University, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2015, and also pursued education at Bar-Ilan University from 2004 to 2005.
