Henry Marshall

Henry Marshall has a strong background in performance marketing and digital advertising. Henry founded Silvertip Digital in 2016 and served as the Founder & MD, specializing in delivering performance marketing expertise tailored to meet individual business needs. In 2019, they joined Palladium Digital as a Senior Consultant, and in 2021, they worked as a Performance Marketing Consultant at Ventura Digital.

Prior to these roles, Henry held positions at House of Fraser as a Paid Search Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the P&L of PPC, GSCs, and Paid Social, implementing a PPC Best Practice Strategy. Henry also served as a Paid Search Executive at House of Fraser, managing the Homeware and Fashion Accessories categories and creating a tool using VBA for creating bespoke discount ad copy.

Before House of Fraser, Henry worked as a Senior Search Executive at Arena Media UK, where they managed multi-million pound PPC budgets and oversaw complete account restructures to maximize account potential. Henry also gained experience as a Paid Search Executive at Barracuda Digital Limited, where they created and optimized client accounts, and as a Copywriter at Wild Media.

Henry's work experience also includes an internship at Wild Card and five weeks of work experience at JBP, a leading PR agency, where they collaborated on marketing and social media strategies, drafted press releases, and maintained a social media presence. Additionally, they served as a Radio Presenter at Newcastle University Radio.

Henry Marshall attended Rugby School from 2002 to 2007. Henry did not pursue a degree or field of study during their time there. Following their time at Rugby School, Henry went on to attend Newcastle University from 2008 to 2011. At Newcastle University, they earned a 2.1 Honours BSc degree in Marketing.
