Daniel Toga currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Market Development Facility, responsible for overseeing all operations including finance, human resources, and compliance with the Head Contract between Palladium and DFAT. Previously, Daniel held the position of Senior Manager for Economic Growth at Palladium, managing operational efficiency across the economic growth portfolio and mentoring project teams. Daniel's experience also includes significant roles at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, Cardno International Development, and The World Bank, where expertise in project management, business development, and technical support for donor-funded initiatives was demonstrated. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Global Human Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University, among other educational qualifications.
