Katy Brecht

Katy Brecht is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Palladium: Make It Possible since June 2023. Prior to this, Katy co-founded HEX Talent and Development, providing organizational support for employee development from January 2023 to May 2023. Katy's previous roles include Head of Talent and Development at Brooks Macdonald, where responsibilities encompassed formulating and driving the people, talent, EDI, and learning strategy, and Head of HR International at Domestic & General, overseeing a team across multiple countries. Additionally, Katy held several senior HR positions at HSBC, including Head of HR for Global Functions in the UK and Europe, contributing to strategic HR initiatives across various divisions. Katy's earlier career includes roles at GAME Digital PLC and Marks and Spencer, shaping HR strategies for diverse employee groups. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Leeds and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Teesside University.
