Krystal Friesth

Krystal Friesth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence and business partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Process Excellence at Palladium since September 2023. Previously, Krystal held various leadership roles at DAI from December 2009 to December 2022, including Director of Business Partnerships - Project Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed defining global transformation goals and implementing collaborative tools for diverse teams. Significant accomplishments include leading the adoption of a new planning system for a $1 billion portfolio, developing a service delivery model for a $100 million shared services portfolio, and enhancing revenue growth strategies in the Africa portfolio. Krystal's expertise also includes managing strategic projects at the corporate level and optimizing training programs for operational compliance. Educational background includes a Master’s in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s in International Studies from Baylor University.
