Meg Kauthen

Meg Kauthen is an experienced professional in sustainability and partnerships, currently serving as Senior Manager at Palladium: Make It Possible since June 2023. Kauthen has a solid background in researching and analyzing commodity supply chains to design market-based sustainability solutions for developing countries and Australia, a role previously held during tenure as Program Manager and Sustainability Designer at Business for Development from February 2016 to June 2023. Prior experiences include successful partnerships management at several organizations, including the Children's Cancer Foundation, Plan International Australia, UNICEF, and Foote, Cone & Belding, where Kauthen consistently drove revenue growth and engagement in strategic initiatives. Kauthen holds a Master of Science in Environment and Sustainability from Monash University and degrees in Marketing, International Business, and Public Relations from Swinburne University of Technology and Bournemouth University, respectively.
