Nancy Abuga has extensive experience in the information technology and financial services sectors. Starting as a Graduate Clerk at Co-operative Bank of Kenya, Nancy progressed to an Information Technology Support Intern at Kenyan Alliance Insurance Company. Following this, roles included Customer Service Advisor at Barclays Bank, Senior Analyst in IT Service Delivery at Kenya Railways, and Assistant Manager of Systems Assurance at NCBA Group. In these positions, Nancy spearheaded various ICT projects, managed service desk operations, and implemented control frameworks. Most recently, Nancy served as Technical Product Lead-UX/UI at KCB Bank Group, where product roadmaps for digital payment solutions were defined and executed, and currently works as a Product Designer focusing on user-centered design processes at Palladium: Make It Possible.
