Pascal M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health information systems, data management, and innovation in various capacities. Currently, as Technical Director of Data.Fi at Palladium since December 2018, Pascal oversees the Kenya HMIS II Program, collaborating with health institutions and universities to enhance health information systems. Prior roles include Regional Program Director at BroadReach, where leadership was provided for the Regional Action through Data initiative, and Chief of Party at Agile Learning, focusing on developing an Education Management Information System in Uganda. Additional experience includes consultancy roles with organizations such as UNAIDS and Microsoft, as well as project management positions in various sectors, highlighting a strong commitment to utilizing technology for health and educational improvements across Africa. Pascal holds a BSc. in Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and various diplomas related to management and information systems.
