Vathsala Dayananda is an accomplished international aid and development professional with over 13 years of experience as a program manager. Vathsala has worked with various organizations, including Oxfam Australia and DT Global, where Vathsala managed complex development programs and led grants portfolios. Currently, Vathsala serves as Manager APAC at Palladium: Make It Possible and has held roles that demonstrate expertise in project management, compliance management, and capacity building. Vathsala holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University.
