William Rich

William Rich is a seasoned professional in contracts and compliance management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead - Contracts in Supply Chain Management at Palladium since October 2023, William oversees subcontract administration and contract management for USG agencies and commercial clients. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Pragma, Director of Compliance and Director of Contracts at Management Systems International, and Senior Contracts, Operations, and Compliance Consultant. William has a strong background in international development, having worked with USAID and developed training programs across multiple countries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Arts in Slavic and East European Studies from The Ohio State University, along with an MBA from UQAM. William also holds a Kosciuszko Foundation Scholarship from Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie.
