Tony Demartino

Tony is a Founding Partner of Pallas. He was most recently the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense and the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Secretary of Defense. Previously, Tony served more than 20 years as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army, and served as Chief of Staff to the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Strategic Advisor to the Commander of International Security Assistance Forces in Afghanistan, and Battalion Commander of the 1st Battalion of the 506th Infantry Regiment. Tony is Chair of the Advisory Board of AI validation company Calypso AI and is an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for New American Security. He holds a master’s in Public Administration from George Mason University, and a master’s in National Security Policy Studies from the School of Advanced Military Studies. He has a B.S. from Washington and Lee University.
