Onne Wouters

Onne Wouters currently serves as the Director of Operational Readiness at PALLAS since February 2024. Prior experience includes nearly 18 years at NRG, where roles included Reactor Manager for the High Flux Reactor, Manager of Nuclear Safety, and Senior Project Manager, overseeing significant modifications, licensing projects, and the operation during unplanned outages. Earlier career contributions as Project Manager involved the Blackstone Materials Test Reactor Projects and materials consultancy focused on irradiation projects. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Materials Science and an MSc in Applied Physics, both from the University of Groningen.
