Ashwin Vivek is an accomplished engineer with diverse experience in software development, editing, and production across multiple companies. Currently employed at Pallet since April 2023, Ashwin specializes in engineering solutions. Previous experience at Facebook includes roles as a Software Engineer on the Misinformation Team, focusing on backend PHP infrastructure and optimizing the Creators Newsfeed, as well as an internship in the News Feed for iOS. Ashwin contributed to FPS Productions LA as an editor, writer, and director, and gained experience as a production development intern at Sidney Kimmel Entertainment. Additionally, Ashwin has held software engineering internships at Symantec and JOS, and served as an undergraduate research assistant at UCLA’s Networked and Embedded Systems Lab. Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Film from UCLA and completed an IB Diploma at Dubai American Academy.
