James Gosche has extensive work experience in various managerial and engineering roles. James began their career at TG Missouri as an Interior/Exterior Machine Engineer, responsible for project management and process layout in an injection molding plant. James then joined LMI Aerospace as a Product Line Engineer, where they implemented lean manufacturing processes for the commercial aircraft division. James later worked at Visteon as a Manufacturing Engineer, specializing in injection molding for automotive interiors. James then became the Operations Manager at Pro Plas Inc, overseeing all day-to-day operations of a custom injection molding facility. After that, James served as the Plant Manager at LMC Industries, Inc., handling plant operations. Most recently, they joined Quikrete as a Plant Manager, overseeing a $23M revenue manufacturing operation. Currently, James works as the Vice President of Operations at PLM Companies, where they manage various divisions involved in pallet recycling, manufacturing, cardboard recycling, and packaging.
James Gosche completed their education at Lindenwood University in 2014, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management. James'sundergraduate degree was also from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they studied Mechanical Engineering and received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in the field of study.
