Jacques Botha

Jacques Botha is a corporate executive with 15 years of experience in equity and debt capital markets, corporate transactions, and regulatory advisory. Currently, as a Principal at Pallidus, Jacques focuses on deal origination and execution of transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and investor relations. Previously, Jacques served as a Corporate Finance Officer at JSE Limited, where they analyzed regulations and managed corporate action documentation. Jacques holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Johannesburg and is pursuing an Executive MBA at POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
