Rachel Shapiro, PHR

Rachel Shapiro, PHR has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Rachel began their career in 1999 as a Project Manager at IRI, where they worked on quantitative market research projects. In 2000, they moved to Russell Marketing Research as a Project Manager. In 2003, they joined New York State Industries for the Disabled, Inc. (NYSID) as a Product Development professional. Rachel then joined Health Research, Inc. in 2013 as a Senior HR Administrator. In 2014, they began working at Beech-Nut Nutrition Company as an HR Manager and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in the same year. Rachel was a strategic business partner across all levels within the organization and a trusted thought partner to commercial, administrative and supply chain departments. In 2019, they joined CommerceHub as a Director of People Operations and a Sr. HR Business Partner. Most recently, Rachel began working at Pallidus, Inc. in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources.

Rachel Shapiro, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bucknell University.
