Giovanni Sulfaro has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Giovanni most recently worked as the Head of IT Operations at Pallion, the largest end-to-end metal services group in Australasia. Prior to that, they held various roles at Rest, including Application Services Manager and Application Management Lead. Before Rest, they worked at Charter Hall as an IT Service Delivery Manager and Application Support Manager. Giovanni also gained experience as a Team Lead at Kinetic IT and as a Service Desk Team Leader at Medibank. Earlier in their career, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at Computer Maintenance Australia and held multiple positions at Brennan IT Pty Ltd., including Managed Services Systems Engineer, Network Operations Centre Team Leader, and Service Desk Agent. Giovanni began their career as a Senior Service Engineer at Optima Computer Technology and a Systems Engineer at Microhire before working as a Pathology Laboratory Technician at SDS Pathology. Throughout their career, Giovanni has demonstrated expertise in IT operations, application management, service delivery, and team leadership.
Giovanni Sulfaro completed a Diploma of Management at the Australian College of Commerce and Management in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate III in Information Technology from TAFE NSW from 1999-2001. In 1998, they attended De La Salle College, but the degree and field of study are unknown. In addition to their education, Giovanni has obtained several certifications, including Super Essentials from the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) in 2019, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy in 2016, and multiple certifications from Microsoft in areas such as Windows deployment and configuration. Giovanni has also received certifications from StorageCraft Technology Corporation, but specific details and dates are not provided.
