Tiffany Sanchez

Tiffany Sanchez serves as the Assistant Director for the Property & Real Estate Management Division at Palm Beach County since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tiffany worked as a Litigation Attorney at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. focusing on insurance defense litigation for homeowner and condominium association clients, and as a Real Estate Attorney at Ward Damon, PL, providing representation in real estate transactions. Tiffany is the Founding Attorney and CEO of NextGen Legal, PLLC, and previously worked as a Title Attorney at Peninsula Title Agency, LLC, coordinating residential and commercial real estate closings in Florida. Tiffany's experience also includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Hinden, McLean, & Arbeiter, P.A. with a focus on business litigation, corporate compliance, estate planning, and probate. Tiffany holds a Juris Doctor degree from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, alongside degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies and Legal Studies from Florida State University and Florida Gulf Coast University, respectively.
