Omar Soto

Omar Soto is a Board Member at Palm Beach State College and was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Rybovich. Omar has been in their current position since April 2014 and has been responsible for all aspects of Information Technology for Rybovich, including the implementation of IT SOX Compliance controls and procedures. Under Omar's leadership, the IT department has seen increased efficiency and productivity, with improved operations and increased reputation among local, remote, and executive management teams.

Omar has also played a key role in developing multiple business analytics dashboards that have resulted in revenue increases of over 25%. Omar has successfully deployed Dynamics 365 CRM to the Marina, Sales, and Service Management teams, which has allowed them to know the locations and work to be performed for customers during all steps of the sales cycle.

Omar Soto has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Omar also has certification from the ITIL Institute in ITIL Foundations and from FINRA in Series 99.
