David McClymont

David McClymont is an experienced leader in nonprofit management and organizational consulting. As the Chief Executive Officer of Palm Beach Symphony since October 2013, David has demonstrated exceptional leadership by fostering strong relationships with the Board, overseeing financial operations, and driving strategic planning to achieve the organization's mission. In addition to this role, David is the President of David McClymont Consulting, which focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness for nonprofits, small businesses, and foundations. Previous experience includes the positions of President & Chief Operating Officer at Loggerhead Marinelife Center and International Capital Alliance, along with Clubhouse Manager at Bear Lakes Country Club. David holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue University and has a strong educational background that includes studies at Palm Beach State College and Jupiter High School in Florida.
