Allen McKemie has over 30 years of experience in the modular housing industry. Allen started their career at Southland Corp as an Accounting Manager before moving on to Elder International and Sunrizon Homes as a Materials Manager. In 1988, they joined PHN Commercial as the Director of Purchasing and Engineering, where they negotiated supplier agreements and developed processes to reduce costs and improve product quality. In 1996, they became the Executive Vice President of Operations at Palm Harbor Homes, where they managed various functions including new product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Currently, they serve as the President of PHN Commercial, overseeing the design, manufacturing, and sales of commercial modular products.
Allen McKemie has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.
