W Richard Peck

W Richard Peck has a strong background in retail operations and advertising. W Richard started their career as a Controller at Naegele Outdoor Advertising in 1982 and later joined Adams Outdoor Advertising in 1989, where they held the same role. In 1993, they became the VP of Retail Operations and In-House Counsel at Palm Harbor Villages, Inc. and then moved on to become the VP of Retail Operations at Palm Harbor Homes in 1996.
