Christopher Gilman

Christopher Gilman has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Palm Restaurant Group since May 2022. Prior roles as General Manager include Nick+Stef's and multiple positions at The Palm Restaurant from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, Christopher was a Partner and General Manager at Yerba Buena Perry, where a successful Pan-Latin cuisine concept was developed, significantly increasing revenues. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Director of Operations for Palm Management Corp, overseeing operations across multiple high-revenue locations and fostering strategic relationships in the entertainment community. Christopher holds an Associate's Degree in Marketing Management from Illinois Central College.
