Leonidas Papakalos brings extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Palm Restaurant Group since May 2023, focusing on operations and staff management. Previously, Leonidas held roles such as Area Director of Operations and Business Development at Vines Grille and Wine Bar, overseeing multiple locations, and General Manager positions at The Hampton Social and Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, leading high-volume establishments and large teams. Leonidas also founded Body Phuel, driving brand development and strategic initiatives in e-commerce.
