The Healthcare and Patient Services Team at Palm Medical Centers ensures that our senior patients receive high-quality, patient-centric care. This team includes roles such as Clinic Administrators, Patient Outreach Representatives, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Case Management Nurses. Together, they coordinate comprehensive medical services, address patient concerns, and facilitate positive healthcare experiences, all while maintaining effective communication and strong support systems for our patients.
