Christina Sasse has worked in various roles and organizations throughout their career. In 2001, they joined Innovative Merchant Solutions of Pennsylvania (IMS of PA) as the Director of Operations, where they handled internal affairs and made key decisions on finance, operations, and human resources. Christina also expanded the company's client base by establishing relationships with large corporations. In 2007, they joined the Palm Springs International Film Society as the PSIFF Film Awards Director of Operations & Producer. In the same year, they also took on the role of Awards Gala Manager & Special Projects at HNM Investments/PSIFF, where they worked until 2018. In 2014, they briefly served as the Director of Industry Relations at the Palm Springs International ShortFest.

From 1995 to 1997, Christina Sasse attended Moorpark College, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management. Christina did not obtain a degree during this time.
