M. Charles Festa leads Palm Tree’s recruiting efforts.

Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Festa worked as a full-desk recruiter for Kforce, specializing in the permanent placement of top finance and accounting professionals at local and regional CPA firms, consulting firms, and private equity firms within the New England market. His network led him to Palm Tree in 2019, where he helped stand up the internal acquisition function and now leads all the firm’s talent acquisition efforts.

Mr. Festa started his career as a professional mariner, with over a decade of experience working on boats in Rhode Island, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and coastal New England waters. Charles is an avid surfer and cyclist and enjoys spending his free time with his wife Lauren, and daughter Leila.
