Rouzheen Myrick

Rouzheen Myrick supports engagements across all lines of Palm Tree’s transaction, transition, and transformation services with a primary focus on Financial Due Diligence.

With over a decade of experience in M&A and finance before joining Palm Tree, Ms. Myrick has worked in the assurance and transaction services practices at EY and at AECOM’s headquarters in Los Angeles. Her experience includes over $7 billion in transactional value with expertise in financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, integration, purchase price accounting, and FP&A.

Ms. Myrick received her bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and graduated with honors. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and lives in Dallas with her husband and two daughters.
