Shahriar Mahmood

Shahriar Mahmood is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and Administration with extensive experience in leading operations in the textile and fashion industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR Admin Compliance and Operations at Palmal Group of Industries Ltd. since February 2020, Shahriar has overseen a LEED-certified textile vertical and collaborated with top-tier fashion brands. Prior to this role, Shahriar was the Head of HR, Admin, Compliance, and Strategic Business Management at Fakir Fashion Ltd., managing a workforce of over 13,000 and interacting with notable buyers such as H&M and Inditex ZARA. With a background that includes significant positions at Palmal Group of Industries, SQUARE GROUP, and James Finlay PLC, Shahriar has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise. Shahriar holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration from the University of Chittagong.
