Heather Cortes M.ed

Heather Cortes, M.Ed, is an experienced educator with a focus on exceptional student education and early childhood education. Since August 2012, Heather has served in various roles within The School District of Palm Beach County, including ESE teacher at Polo Park Middle School and crisis intervention teacher at Grassy Waters Elementary. Heather's prior experience includes roles as an ESE/ASD teacher, kindergarten team lead, and teacher at Palm Beach Maritime Academy, along with positions at American Heritage Summer Camp and North Broward Academy of Excellence. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Exceptional Student Education from Barry University and a Bachelor of Education from Florida Atlantic University.
