Joseph Sanches is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and education sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Palm Beach County School District since October 2021, Sanches previously held the position of President at D. Stephenson Construction from March 2013 to October 2021, overseeing operational management and strategic growth. Prior roles include Chief of Support Operations at Palm Beach County School District, where Sanches managed facilities-related functions and significantly contributed to capital improvements exceeding $2 billion. Sanches has also held managerial positions at Heery International, Thacker Engineering, Rockefeller University, Tishman Construction, and Bovis Lend Lease, leading numerous high-profile construction projects across the United States. Sanches holds an MBA in Management from Baruch College, a BPS in Construction Management from Pratt Institute, and an AAS in Construction Technology from New York City College of Technology.
