Michael Osterndorf has extensive experience in automotive sales, currently serving as Kia Sales Manager at Palmen Auto Stores since August 2020, while simultaneously holding the position of Sales and Finance Manager at PALMEN MOTORS, INC. since June 2019. Prior roles include Sales and Leasing Consultant at Palmen Motors from August 2012, where Michael focused on matching customers with the right vehicles and ensuring satisfaction post-purchase, and Sales Consultant at Audi North Shore for a brief period in 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, earned in 2012.
