Frank C. Liu is a seasoned hydrogeologist and engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Hydrogeologist/Engineer at Palmer since June 2022, Frank has previously held senior positions at Frontop Engineering Ltd. from May 2019 to June 2022, and at GeoPro Consulting Limited between September 2015 and May 2019. Frank's background also includes a role as Senior Specialist in Hydrogeology at the Credit Valley Conservation Authority from November 2006 to September 2018, and as a Hydrogeologist at the Geological Survey Canada from October 2005 to November 2006. Frank C. Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Structure Geology and Earth Dynamics from Changchun College of Geology, Jilin University, which is certified by the University of Toronto.
