Max Osburn

Max Osburn, P.Eng. is a Senior Water Resources Engineer at Palmer since October 2021, with previous experience as a Water Resources Engineer at GHD from July 2016 to October 2021. At GHD, Max participated in all project stages, including proposal preparation, data collection, engineering analysis, design, and construction supervision, focusing on river and coastal restoration, flood modeling, and hydraulic structure design. Prior to GHD, Max gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Ebbwater Consulting and Northwest Hydraulic Consultants, working on projects related to flood modeling, hydraulic design, and environmental assessments. Max holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science/Biology from McGill University.
